Globalization

I think that globalization has good and bad aspects. I think it is intersting that the American culture and styles are reaching across the globe to places like Africa and people from the South Sahara. American culture is apparently very popular and seeing other cultures adopt it is ok with me as long as they don't lose their own culture in doing so. McDonaldization is when tasks are broken down to the very baisics. One person has one specific job. That way productivity is maximized becuase everyone is a 'pro' at their own certain 'job'.
